Apartment Rental Cannes

Covering an area of 45 m², this sunny apartment will welcome you during your stay. Large volumes with a ceiling height of
3 meters and PVC windows (double glazing).

The living room and a bedroom with two little balconies overlooking the south side. The apartment is for 4 persons max. with 2 single beds 80 x 200 cm in the room (possibility of bringing them together to make one double bed 160 x 200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed 140 x 190 cm in the living room.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave with grill, 4 hobs, kettle, fridge and all cooking utensils and crockery. Small color TV with DVD player and mini hi-fi.

For your convenience, there are also a washing machine, a steam iron with ironing board, a fan, a bagless vacuum cleaner, the necessary cleaning products and a hair dryer.

The WC are located in the bathroom.

Linen & towels can be hired for your stay : 20 euros per person / stay.

Pets are not allowed. The apartment is non smoking.

For your car, we can reserve a parking space in the Park « Suquet / Forville », located 150 meters from the apartment, if the balance is paid at least 4 weeks before arrival. Parking « Suquet / Forville » is monitored. Price through us €50 for 7 days (normal price of parking if you book directly: €70,50 for 7 days).
